Judy used the French Wrought Iron Typography for this charming vintage window. I love the blue she used on the wood!!
And for this window she used the French Hardware Typography !
Here's the How To: Judy followed the Tutorial HERE to Enlarge the Graphics to the size that she needed. Then she printed out the enlarged sections and taped them to the back of the window. After that she painted over each letter using glass paint for the first 2 coats and then finished it off with some black acrylic paint. Genius!! What a fantastic way to transform some Old Windows! I am so going to be trying this!! Thanks for sharing Judy!

Well...this is something I haven't thought of yet! What a beautiful job she did!

Thanks for showing these Karen, on your site. I am currently on the hunt for more of these old sash windows. I actually met someone who is about to change out old windows on their house and is giving me all of them... needless to say I am in heaven!!!!! These were really fun to make, and mostly to admire when i was finished.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, Judy that's awesome about the windows! I can visual a whole future business doing this, if you wanted too!! You're welcome for the feature, thanks so much for sharing the photos of your awesome projects!
