(Use this image when you need a reverse image for transfer projects, as with Iron on Transfers or Citra Solv transfers etc.)Well, it feels like it's been forever since the last time that I posted a new French Transfer! I've had a lot going on lately, but I'm putting some things in motion to slow my crazy life down a bit, so that I can spend more time on these kinds of things, more on that another time. Anyway... I was very excited to find this Wheat Wreath on an old French Document and I thought it would be perfect for a French Grain Sack design! I think this would look fabulous on Linen or Burlap, great for Flour Sack projects too! Of course you can use them for any of your DIY projects, like pillows, towels, signs, table runners or even furniture pieces! I've included a front facing version and also a mirrored version. The possibilities are endless so have fun with these!

ReplyDeleteOoh, I have a few plain cheese boards and these will be just perfect!!!! And for the top of a kitchen table that I've been wanting to spruce up a bit!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so so much Karen for sharing all your amazing graphics with us. It makes our lives as crafters a whole lot easier(*_*)
This is so pretty. I'll have to ask my French-speaking friend to translate -- I though bain was bath, but maybe bains is something else!
ReplyDeleteJust used your Cacao-Payraud art to make a candy dish for my daughter. I printed the art onto kraft paper, tore it for an old label look at distressed it with some stain I had left on my brush (I was staining the legs of a footstool I made). Mod Podged it onto an apothecary jar I bought for a song at Home Goods and will fill it with chocolate as a gift for her new apartment.
Any way to get just the wreath?
ReplyDeleteB.
If you don't have Photoshop, just print it up, use a liquid paper to cover up the other stuff, and photocopy it or scan and print.
DeleteI have edited it for you, and uploaded it to a new board on my Pinterest Account. Here is the link. It is a .jpg, as the PDF I created in Photoshop would not load. I hope there is enough definition in it for you.
DeleteCheers.
