French Typography Dresser with Chalk Paint

Today I'm so excited to feature this gorgeous dresser painted by Tricia Kuntz aka The Purple Painted Lady! Tricia is an Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Stockist and also sells her beautiful painted furniture pieces in her shop in upstate New York.

She used the French Cacao Ephemera Graphic for this project and hand painted it onto the dresser. In this photo you can see her applying some Annie Sloan dark wax over the painted piece. Tricia's blog is a wealth of information, full of tips and techniques on using this fabulous paint (and it truly is fabulous!).  The full Tutorial for this project can be found HERE. I learned so much from her after reading her post and I know you will too. She also sells the full range of ASCP , including paint, waxes, brushes etc. on her site HERE.

  2. I want it...but may have to settle for one like it. I'm heading over to Tricia's blog to get the inside scoop. Thanks for featuring her. The projects I see with your images blows my mind (that should give you an idea of my age -- or do the kids still say that?).
